Neurolign — Nerve & Foot Health Softgel

Neurolign is a clinical 3-in-1 softgel developed for adults 45+ who feel tingling, burning, or pins-and-needles in their feet — with or without a diabetes diagnosis. Two softgels a day, taken with a meal. A 60-softgel amber bottle — a 30-day supply at the loading dose, or 60 days at maintenance.

The three actives, at the doses the clinical literature actually used:

• Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) 600mg — the universal antioxidant. Multiple RCTs (600–1800mg/day) demonstrate reduction in the neuropathic pain-symptom score in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
