Ebbe — Daily Leg & Ankle Fluid Balance Softgel

Ebbe is a daily 3-in-1 softgel for adults 45+ whose ankles swell through the afternoon, whose socks leave a ring by evening, and whose shoes stop fitting by 4pm. One softgel a day with food. A 30-softgel bottle — a full month at the studied doses.

The three actives, at the doses used in the published literature:

• Micronised diosmin-hesperidin 500mg — the most-studied venotonic flavonoid pair in Europe. A 2018 review of micronised purified flavonoid fraction found 500mg/day improved venous tone and reduced lower-limb heaviness and evening ankle circumference in adults with chronic venous insufficiency.
• Butcher's broom extract 150mg (standardised ruscogenins) — a 2020 meta-analysis of 10 placebo-controlled trials: ruscus extract significantly reduced ankle and calf circumference and the subjective sensation of heavy, tired legs.
• Dandelion leaf extract 250mg — a traditional gentle aquaretic. Unlike a prescription loop diuretic it does not strip potassium; dandelion leaf is itself one of the richest botanical potassium sources.
